The requests for our College Course are so extensive that we are establishing the supportive systems and people roles to come alongside, helping those who are wanting to use the course, to do so well. This is a full-time missional position with most of each year spent overseas.

This position requires:

able to build a community of people across regions with a common purpose
able to train various roles within this greater ccim college structure

Our Executive Director, Cyndy Lavoie, is currently fashioning a book of the many CCIM ministry times and travels. CCIM has ministered in over 300 village churches in the last seven years. Cyndy is catching these memoirs to be published in 2019. Come February 2019 we need someone who can take the hand-written rough draft and type it out as a document.

OPENINGS FOR SIX PEOPLE

Capturing Courage International Ministries is approaching our 10th Year Anniversary in January 2019! We are thrilled and amazed. We will be celebrating this together in the Greater Vancouver region in April 2019. While we have our Gala Director spear-heading this event, we are open and inviting a few others to volunteer alongside her.

This would require:

a big heart for the work of CCIM
some time and energies beginning early in 2019, with the biggest work in April 2019
organizational skills
able to make things happen
good ability to work on a team
good communication ability
must live in the greater Vancouver, Canada area

VOLUNTEER into PAID WORK

– CORE OUTCOMES CRAFTED FOR CHILDREN & YOUTH –

coming 2019

AVAILABLE MID-2019

CCIM has numerous requests to bring our teachings to youth and children. We are planning to craft our College Course’s fifteen Core Learning Outcomes, into short multi-cultural teachings for children and youth. This would be a combination of short teaching ‘helps’ for youth workers, school teachers, Sunday school teachers, with picture / artistic renderings for snap-shot understanding for the children.

Prospective:

ideally this is a small team of people working on this together
must read enough of our CCIM College course to understand the 15 Core Learning Outcomes
able to catch these in simple fashion for youth and children
requires international travel for testing this ministry initiative with youth and children
will have previous experience and heart for children

Similar to our General Office position (per below), this role would be a further specialization in communicating via email to those who inquire specifically requesting our CCIM College Course. This person would be excellent at building trust, establishing rapport, answering questions, and fielding suggestions, in writing, across cultural and language differences.

this role represents the course to pastors as they request CCIM College
must work in sync with our International College Director

must want to support the impact of CCIM College around the world

We currently require a Virtual Assistant to oversee our general email communications. This is a position in direct reporting to our Founding Director and in time to our International Director. At CCIM we are looking for a professional videographer to accompany us on one or more ministry trips in the year 2019, for the purpose of photography and video. The ministry trip itself is considered the volunteer portion of the work, with the resulting videos and photography the paid portion of the work.

Our CCIM College course has begun it’s reach in the greater Andhra Pradesh region of India. We are looking to create a translated work of our course there. This would ideally be accomplished by a small team of people, represented by both male and female persons. Each team member would need a solid walk with God, a heart that hears and walks with the Spirit, as well as a love of learning, with an eye to growth and development in the Lord.

– INDEXING our CCIM COLLEGE COURSE –

We are near to the completion of our CCIM College Course and are in need of someone who would assist us with creating an index of the work.

The course is eleven months of content, a total of about 550 pages and just under 300,000 words. It is a big volume and we realize that an index would be of great service to all who will use this material in the future.

This job requires someone who:

Is very good at reading, quick and yet able to spot detail
Has an organized and systematic mind, able to recognize consistent themes throughout the course and note them
Exhibits a heart of service and understands the bigger picture of this work
Is able to follow through to completion on a big job
Can commit to this work over the course of three months time
